1949 Cadillac Series 62

series 62

exterior: Teal

interior: Two-tone leather

fuel: Gasoline

The series 62 was the first Cadillac to enter production after World War II and there was high demand for them. In 1947 they produced 39,835 series 62’s, of which only 6,755 were convertibles. They could sell as many as they could make. This model is more than 18 feet long and weighs more than 4500 lbs. The 346 ci Monoblock V-8 runs so smooth you can barely tell it running and has a Hydromatic 4 speed automatic transmission. A picture of luxury, this model is equipped with power windows, power seats, power top, full leather interior, deluxe radio, under-seat heater, fog lights, white walls and windshield washers.

This would make a beautiful addition to any collection!
